Cost: $65.00 per person/limit 25; fee includes workbook

CEUs: Available- 12.

Important: Only employees of Sponsored Districts (member districts who purchase Director and Coordinator services) are permitted to register for this training.

Please note: In order to receive a “blue card” which demonstrates successful course completion participants must:

-Attend the entire course

-Be an active participant throughout the training

-Demonstrate proficiency with physical interventions

**** There is a degree of physical activity required in order to successfully complete this course.

Certification is valid for 12 months upon which time participants must complete refresher training.

Trainings maybe cancelled due to low registration numbers. You will be notified via email one week prior to the training if this occurs.

In case of inclement weather, participants will be notified by 4:00 p.m. the previous day.

Participants Must Attend Both Days

 

Cancellations must be received by 4:00 p.m. on April 3 to qualify for a full refund, after which all registrations are final and no refunds will be issued.  Substitution of attendees from the same district/organization will be allowed up to the day of the event.  In the event a workshop is cancelled by the Service Cooperative, a full refund will be given.  An email address that is accessed often must be included when registering to ensure receipt of any cancellation notifications.
