Description

CREATE is the highest level thinking according to the digital Bloom's Taxonomy.  Arts teachers and non-arts have the opportunity to lay the foundation for creativity with digital media for their students.  Find out how critical thinking, collaboration, communication and creativity naturally come together when students learn to harness the power of media arts.  Open the door for your students to question, research, interact, share, compare, and dialogue about art and the creative process.  Grant students the necessary media and visual literacies afforded by planning, producing, reflecting, and presenting media arts curriculum that is alogned to state and national media arts standards.

In this workshop we will explore how to develop student learning experiences that include digital imaging, film/video, animation, and even holography through both computer-based programs and BYOD (bring your own device)!
