Amber Bruns, MS, BCBA

Amber is the Clinical Director of Behavioral Health Services and the Director of The READY Clinic. She obtained her graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from St. Cloud State University and her certificate in Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) from Florida Institute of Technology. She has worked with children and adults with various disabilities, including those with autism and related developmental disabilities, who engage in severe problem behaviors. Amber has extensive history assessing problem behaviors and developing behavioral interventions to decrease the occurrence of problem behaviors.

Melissa Andree, MS, BCBA

Melissa earned her undergrad degree in K-12 Special Education and Elementary Education from Winona State University. She earned her graduate degree in the Foundations of Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Cincinnati. Melissa has been working with students of various disabilities and who demonstrate challenging behavior for nine years.

Hazel Ashbeck, MS, BCBA

Hazel is a BCBA with a BS from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in Psychology with a Human Services emphasis and an MS in Applied Behavior Analysis. She has worked in a center-based setting with children with autism, as well as in home settings with adolescents with developmental disabilities.

Sara Athman, MS, BCBA

Sara obtained her graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from St. Cloud State University. She has extensive experience with reducing the challenging behavior of children in school settings. She is passionate about teaching appropriate behavior, communication, and social skills. Additional areas of interest include how to motivate people when their response effort is too great, and the side effects of and alternatives to punishment.

Amanda Barton, EdS, NCSP, BCBA, LBA

Amanda graduated from the University of South Dakota with an undergraduate degree in Special and Elementary Education and an education specialist degree in School Psychology. She completed behavior analysis coursework through the Florida Institute of Technology. Amanda has worked as a behavior analyst and school psychologist in both school and clinic settings and has experience working with a variety of disabilities.

Jennifer Bozosi, MS, BCBA

Jennifer is the Quality Assurance Analyst for The READY Clinic. She obtained her MS in behavior analysis from St. Cloud State. She has worked with children and adults with home and community-based behavioral intervention in the US and Canada with a strong focus on both individual and family-centered goals and transition from home to community. She is passionate about assisting her clients attain the best possible quality of life.

Rachel Cox Raverty, MSW, BSSW, LGSW

Rachel has undergraduate and graduate degrees in Social Work from Minnesota State University, Mankato. She maintains dual licensure with the MN Department of Education as a School Social Worker and with the MN Board of Social Work as a Licensed Graduate Social Worker. She has experience in children’s mental health, child welfare, child protection, chemical health services, drug court and school social work. Her areas of interest include clinical case consultations, applying evidence-based best practice standards across multiple populations and settings, program development and evaluation, workplace culture, trauma stewardship, advocacy and social justice.

Jason Dybsetter, MA, BCBA

Jason has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and Religion from Augustana, and a Master of Arts degree with a concentration in New Testament from Luther Seminary. Jason has worked for over 10 years with children and adults who demonstrate extreme behavioral difficulties in both residential and educational settings. His professional passions include functional analysis and the development of performance management systems.

Ana has a BA in Youth and Family Ministry and Psychology with a minor in Applied Behavior Analysis from Midland University in Fremont, NE and an MS in Applied Behavior Analysis from St. Cloud State University. She has worked with individuals with disabilities of a variety of a in a variety of settings including, center based treatment, in home, in school and respite camp.

Hayley is a BCBA with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Augustana College and a Master of Education Degree in Foundations of Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Cincinnati. Hayley has worked in center-based settings serving children with autism and related disorders. Hayley has also gained experience in emotional behavior disorders in the school setting. Other areas of interest include early intervention and skill development.

Trista has degrees from St. Cloud State University in Community Psychology - emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis - and Spanish, and an MS in Applied Behavior Analysis. She has experience working with people with developmental disabilities across settings including transition programs, residential group homes and family homes. She enjoys consulting with others to develop ways to reduce challenging behavior and strengthen adaptive skills for children.

She has experience providing behavioral services to people age 3-20 with developmental disabilities in various settings. She specializes in assessing and developing functional communication, academics, and daily living skills for individuals with various barriers to learning using the Skinner analysis of verbal behavior.

Michelle Whitcomb-Johnson

Michelle has a BS in SpEd with a teaching license in SpEd and Academic and Behavioral Strategist (ABS). She works across several different disabilities areas, including Autism Spectrum Disorders, Developmental Disabilities, Emotional and Behavioral Disorders, Learning Disabilities, and Other Health Disorders. Currently, Michelle is completing a MS in Applied Behavior Analysis.  “I love knowing that I am helping both students, families and staff members not only make their day better but help them reach their highest potential!”
