The purpose of the G.R.O.W. Award is to recognize employees for their outstanding work. Employees can be nominated by their coworkers, supervisors and our members.Each month, valid submissions will be:- posted on the G.R.O.W. webpage- shared on social media- sent to the employee via email with a cc: to their director- entered into a drawing (winner will receive a $25 coupon toward the SWWC store)
