Directions from Country Inn & Suites to the State Capitol

Wednesday, March 14

5:00pm: Arrive and check-in at the Country Inn & Suites, 6003 Hudson Rd., Woodbury 

5:30pm: Informal meeting and dinner with Gary Amoroso.
Gary will share insights into the legislative session and review key MASA talking points and the MASA legislative platform.

CHANGE: The Governor's State of the State address is tentatively schedule for March 14 - which would include legislators. We will still plan to meet for dinner with Gary A.

Thursday, March 15

7:00am: Breakfast at hotel with informal discussion.

7:50am: Gather in Lobby to Depart for Capitol.

12:00pm: Lunch (on your own) and individual meetings with local legislators (scheduled by you).

As in previous years, this is the only time our region is being asked to travel to the Capitol and meet with legislators. These visits will be a good opportunity to continue to share ideas and concerns and build relationships with our legislators for the future.
