ECSE Data Reporting Training

This face-to-face training is designed to provide ECSE instructional staff, related services providers and cleriacl support staff with the skills necessary to use SpEd Forms to report the required MARSS data (i.e., attendance, membership and special education service hours).

Topics covered include:

  • Setting up enrollment records
  • Entering attendance, membership and special education direct and indirect service minutes
  • Connecting the MARSS Procedure 6 Rules to data entered.
  • Using the guidebook
  • Generating student reports
  • Generating district reports

Presenter:  Lisa Backer, SpEd Forms

Target Audience: ECSE instructional staff, related services providers and clerical (MARSS) support staff

Please bring a laptop to use during the last portion of the training.

Registration Fees:  SWWC Members w/ECSE Coordiantor Coordinator Services: $0.00; SWWC SC Member w/o ECSE Coordinator Services: $75.00; SWWC Non-Members: $150.00  **These fees aply to either in person or webinar viewing.

Willmar: 8 - 11am (registration 7:30 -8 am); WEAC (Willmar Education and Arts Center), Rehearsal Hall, 611 5th St SW, Willmar MN 56201

Marshall: 1 - 4pm (registration 12:30-1 pm); SWWC SC Office, 1420 E College Drive, Marshall MN 56258

CEU Clock Hours: 3 hours at each site.
