ACT College & Career Readiness Workshop - Marshall

Description

Learn how to use assessments and data

Students today face a growing number of challenges. Knowing
when, where, and how to intervene requires a holistic approach.
From understanding students’ social and emotional skills to
measuring their academic progress, ACT assessments and services
help you prepare students for college and careers.

The theme for this year’s workshops is “Preparing Students
for Success: A Holistic Approach.” By attending a free half-day
workshop or webinar, you’ll learn how to answer these questions:

1. How do I know if my students are meeting educational standards?
2. What do my students’ test scores really mean?
3. Do my students’ interests line up with their academic and social/emotional skills?
4. How do I know if students are ready for college and career?
5. How do I communicate with students and parents about college and career readiness?
