Presenter: Erika Yoney is a Licensed School Nurse and works as the School Health Consultant for the Minnesota Department of Health. In her role as the School Health Consultant Erika works provides consultation to school districts, school staff and families regarding implementation of health services in schools. Additionally, she collaborates with the Department of Education, Department of Human Services, Board of Nursing and Board of Teaching to create opportunities for school health. Erika has worked as a school nurse for 10 years in the Austin, Fergus Falls and Moorhead school districts.
