The 4-Hour Food Manager Re-Certification Course meets the Minnesota Department of Health Food Manager Renewal Requirements. This is a refresher class on what you need to practice every day in your kitchens to offer safe food.
Course Covers:
- Going over Food Safety Basics
- Reviewing the Microbiological World and Foodborne Illness
- Being a Safe Food Handler
- Purchasing and Receiving Safe Food
- Keeping Food Safe in Storage
- Protecting Food During Preparation
- Cleaning and Sanitizing Correctly
- Maintaining a Safe Water Supply and
- Completing Ongoing Kitchen Self Inspections
You will receive a Certificate at the end of the course as proof of attendance.
