Calendar Year-End Training Workshops for Payroll/HR

Date:  Wednesday, November 15, 2017-Marshall SWWC SC and

           Thursday, November 16, 2017-Willmar-WEAC Bldg

Location: SWWC Service Cooperative -1420 East College Drive  - Marshall

                WEAC Bldg - 611 SW 5th Street - Willmar

Time: Registration            9:00 AM - 9:30 AM

          CYE Training starts   9:30 AM – 12:00 PM

          Lunch (Optional)        12:00 PM – 12:45 PM (There will be a $12.00 charge for lunch)

(Optional for Marshall Workshop - Lunch will be on your own for Willmar Workshop)

          Afternoon Session    12:45 PM – 3:00 PM

The CYE Training sessions on November 15th and 16th will include reviewing the calendar-year-end process in SMART HR and Form W-2 reporting with some SMART HR Q & A.

Lunch will be offered for those who would like to network and also for participants that would like to stay for the afternoon session.  Following lunch we will be reviewing ACA and what needs to be done prior to importing your files in January.
