ParaPro Testing - Marshall
Description
In Minnesota, paraprofessionals are required to meet specific NCLB requirements. One of those requirements can be met by passing the ParaPro test. The ParaPro test measures skills & knowledge in reading, writing, & math. It also measures the ability to apply those skills & knowledge when assisting in classroom instruction.
This test is for prospective & practicing paraprofessionals who do not currently meet one of the following Minnesota requirements: Associate's degree standards-degree of AA, AS, AAS (or higher); Two years of study at an institution of higher education-a minimum of 60 semester credits or the amount required to complete two years of full time enrollment as determined by the institution attended.
Registrants should bring a photo id & pen/pencil. Registrants should also visit this site for test preparation materials prior to taking the ParaPro Assessment:
