Our Priorities for 12-13

Continuously gather, analyze, and incorporate data into our decision making process regarding programs and services for our members.

Develop and maintain partnerships that enhances our mission and vision.

Engage our members by providing open, on-going, and timely communications.

Administer strong fiscal policies and procedures that support our mission and vision.

Embrace and utilize technologies that support our ability to provide high quality programs and services.

Develop and implement human resource policies and procedures that value and engage our workforce.

Our Core Values

Service: We believe service is a commitment to serve our members, potential members, coworkers and others. We care about them, listen to them, and work to address their issues. Satisfying those we serve is a priority for everyone in the agency.
