Makerspaces are taking educators by storm. The idea behind Makerspace is to give students a chance to explore, use creative thinknig skills, and become engaged in STEAM-based activities. Schools around the world are creating Makerspaces in libraries and classrooms. Join us for a fun-filled day of "making" and learn how you can incorporate a Makerspace into your school or classroom. You will have the chance to code robots, use simple circuits, think outside the box and make ideas come to life!\

Cancellations must be received by 4:30 p.m. on March 14, 2017 to qualify for a full refund after which all registrations are final and no refunds will be issued. Substitution of attendees from the same district/organization will be allowed up to the day of the event. In the event a workshop is cancelled by the Service Cooperative, a full refund will be given. An email address that is accessed often must be included when registering to ensure receipt of any cancellation notifications.
