Time:  Registration:  9:00-9:30 a.m.; FYE Training:  9:30 a.m. - 12:00 noon; Lunch-Optional 12:00-12:30 p.m.; Setting up Rate Tables, Pay Detail and COBRA hands-on training in the computer lab-Optional -  12:45-3:30 p.m.

 

The FYE Training session on June 2nd will include reviewing the pay-off process in SMART HR and fiscal year-end reporting.  We will follow the training with a Payroll/HR Jam session and other miscellaneous topics including ACA.  Lunch will be offered for those who would like to network and also for participants that would like to stay for the afternoon session.  Following lunch we will move into the training lab to review COBRA, Rate Tables and Pay Detail setup with hands-on training in your live database.  You will be sent a separate email detailing items to bring if you sign up for the afternoon session.  The lab will be limited to 15 districts.

 

We are offering the Webinar option again this year on June 8th for those of you who do not want to travel.  You will connect using software called Bridgit that will also require a telephone connection.  Meeting details will be sent out to all participants in the morning prior to the call along with the FYE packet of materials.
