Evaluation & Assessment Overview & MDE Updates 

Target Audience:  Early Childhood Special Education Teachers and Providers

Description:  This workshop will provide an overview of the following evaluation tools:  Brigance Inventory of Early Development III, Developmental Assessment of Young Children, 2^nd Edition (DAYC-2), Bayley Scales of Infant & Toddler Development, 3^rd Edition, & Learning Accomplishment Profile-Diagnostic Edition (LAP-D). We will also be discussing ongoing assessment tools.  Lastly, we will be reviewing the most recent MDE ECSE updates. 

Outcome:  Gain knowledge of evaluation tools used as possible options for determining eligibility and exploring a variety of ongoing assessment tools.   Gain an understanding of the latest due process changes for ECSE.  

Cost:   Free to districts who subscribe to SW/WC Special Education Director services.  There will also be   sub-reimbursement available for districts who subscribe to SW/WC Special Education Director services.

$65.00 fee to non-subscribing districts
