George Holt will explain the procedures for calculating SFY 2016 state special education aids with the "hold harmless" and "growth limit". Spreadsheets will be provided that will assist participant to know what data will be used in all the steps of the calculations. The last part of the presentation will be considerations for districts when they are considering new or expanding programs for SFY 2016.
