Asbestos Operation and Maintenance Refresher Training - August 6, 2014 - 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon

The training includes:

• Recognition of suspect materials

• Recognition of where confirmed and suspect materials exist

• Recognition of damage, deterioration, and de-lamination

• Know how to properly handle asbestos-containing building materials (ACBM)

• Personal protection

• Regulations

• Hands on training with glovebag procedure

Designated Person Training - August 6, 2014  - 1:00 - 4:00 p.m.

The Designated Person Training is required under the Asbestos Hazardous Emergency Response Act (AHERA) for school personnel who are responsible for implementing AHERA requirements.

The training includes:
