The use of this "Cash & Carry" retail connect card is for non-reimbursable retail purchases for your membership. It reflects the Minnesota Service Cooperative Pricing, and once scanned, the discounted pricing will be given at the time of purchase. The card is NOT tax exempt, rather taxable, as it is to be used as a staff benefit for their individual purchases. IT IS NOT A BILLABLE CARD. Customers will need to pay for purchases -- as a cash and carry card, it is scanned only to retrieve the discounted pricing which is associated with the MN Service Cooperative's Contract.
It is important that users are aware this is not the card to be used for business purposes. The attached is to only be used as an employee incentive program. Also, not every store item will have a discount associated with it. Approximately 70% of what is carried at the OfficeMax Retail Stores will be discounted using this program, including many of the basic printing services. This card can not be used in conjunction with other discounts/coupons or with Max Perks Program. Users will see savings of 5 - 35%, depending on the products purchased.
