The Cooperative Purchasing Program conducts bids for year-around direct-ship contracts and facilitates group purchases on behalf of our members. We currently hold contracts with over thirty-five vendors. Most of these contracts are the result of formal bids conducted in accordance with Minnesota bid laws. The result is a wide variety of program offerings designed to help you save money, make sure you receive quality products and get them from reputable vendors.

Many of our contracted vendors offer the ease of on-line ordering in addition to being able to phone or fax orders in to them. Almost all of them will have you order directly from them, receive shipment directly from them and be invoiced directly by them

If you are a member of SW/WC, you may use any of the cooperative purchasing vendors at any time. Call or email Debra Foley to receive a username and password to access all of our program information online.
