The SW/WC Service Cooperative Distance Education Program allows students to participate in academic areas that their school might not normally be able to offer through the use of Online and ITV delivery systems.

Course Costs for 2012-2013 School year
ITV and Online Education Courses
Charge per Student per Semester for Enrollments Received up to May 11, 2012: $370.00
Participating schools shall provide enrollment numbers for all ITV and Online Courses by May 11, 2012, and shall be financially committed to those enrollment numbers. Additional Enrollments may be submitted after May 11, 2012, but the enrollment fee shall increase 15% ($425.50) per semester per additional student enrolled.
ITV Connection Fee per class per Semester: Begining in the 2012-2013 School year ITV Connection fees will no longer be charged.
Charges may vary if courses are sought outside of the SW/WC Service Cooperative's ITV and Online Learning Community's offerings
Reimbursements to instructing districts for Online and ITV Courses
$300.00 per student per semester
Online Learning Community Mandatory Enrollment Forms
The following forms must be completed by the enrolling student and signed by both a parental guardian, school counselor and submitted to SW/WC Service Cooperative before a student can be enrolled in an Online Learning Community course.
Completion of these forms is not required in order to reserve course seats and receive early registration discounts, however, schools should assist students in completing these forms as soon as possible before the start of the school year to avoid potential enrollment delays.
College Credit Options
We are proud to offer Online College credit courses through the Minnesota Online College in the High School Program. These classes are offered fully online in an environment structured specifically for High School students. ITV College Credit Classes are also available throgh Minnesota West.
Minnesota West Community and Technical College also has online college courses available to students in our region through the PSEO program.
